With a good number of team members supporting each player nerves
took there toll on all players.

Anthony Pulham & Gareth Thomas were next to the oche Anthony

threw first on the 2nd leg missing his starting double with
Anthony starting first throw and taking that leg and the third

THE
FINAL

The Finalists
Tim Gay versus Ryan Pargeter both players looked a little nervous
standing at the oche to throw for the bull with Ryan winning
to throw first in legs 1&3. Both players seemed to go into
overdrive for this game after 4 legs scores were tied at 2 legs
each. They threw for the bull Tim throwing fist losing to Ryan
after a shake of hands the final leg commenced Ryan starting
with his first three darts game on Tim throws and starts with
100 Ryan hits back 80 both players on an out shot with Tim finishing
on double top for a 15 dart leg. Ryan & Tim are to be congratulated
for an entertaining final and should be proud of themselves,
both were worthy finalists on the night with Tim producing a
champions game.

The
Champion, Tim Gay
I as
chairman of the League would like to say the spirit with which
the games were played that night were of the highest standard
and I congratulate all the under 21s who played and I would
advise the older members of the Darts League to watch out for
these up and coming stars of the future we may have a budding
world champion like Jelle Klaasen.
My thanks
to John Green for scoring all the matches.
